Last November 2013, Glo-tech and Almajdouie Logistic L.L.C Company signed contract and recruited successfully Vietnamese trailer drivers to work in Saudi Arabia.
Established in 1965, Almajdouie Logistics is now considered the largest trucking company in the Middle East operating more than 1,500 latest tractors and 1,800 various types of trailers and is specialized in land transportation of containerized and palletized petrochemical products, liquid chemicals, general cargo and beverages distribution. With its headquarter in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, the company also operates 7 offices around the Kingdom in addition to its offices in Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Canada, Korea and Japan.
In a recent strategy for human resource changing and diversity, Almajdouie Logistics has decided to reach Southeast Asia Markets. In which, Glo-tech, one of the leading manpower companies in Vietnam, is honored to be chosen by Almajdouie Logistics in order to recruit Vietnamese drivers. From 13th to 16thNovember, the technical director and the leading experts in human resource of Almajdouie Logistics arrived in Vietnam and directly interviewed workers. The interview ended successfully, which brings satisfaction to three parties (Almajdouie Logistics – Glo-tech – Labors). The representative of Almajdouie Logistic L.L.C highly appreciated Vietnamese workers’ skills because most selected drivers have much experience, good characters, and meet all requirements of the employer. At the same time, recruited employees also feel content with working conditions, remuneration, and income at Almajdouie Logistic L.L.C Company.
This recruitment is expected to lay the solid foundation of a long-term collaborative relationship between two companies and create more job opportunities for Vietnamese workers in the future.
