1. Find the manpower demand
In this step, after receiving the manpower requests, we will discuss with the employers the terms and conditions related to their demands.
2. Sign the contract and collect required documents
The employer and Glo-Tech will sign the contract based on mutual agreement in the first step. Then the employer will provide required documents to Glo-Tech to proceed the recruitment process:
3. Select the applicants
We gather the prospective candidates and conduct the testing/interviewing to select the qualified workers. The selection process can be conducted by the employer or Glo-Tech.
4. Conduct the medical checkup
The selected workers will be sent to the authorized medical centers for medical checkup.
5. Apply for visa
Visa application will be submitted to the respective Embassy of the host country on basis of block visas/working permission obtained by the employer.
6. Ticket and emigration
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favor of Glo-Tech to facilitate travelling as scheduled. We will obtain Immigration Clearance from the concerned government department for the candidates.
7. Orientate before departure
Before the workers’ departure, Glo-Tech will provides them basis orientation regarding their duties and responsibilities, initial information of working environment, labour laws and custom of the host country.
8. Manage workers overseas
We will cooperate with the employer to manage the workers and settle the raising problems during their contractual period.
